Many of our neighbors are fighting to stay warm this winter.

There are a few ways you can help.

1. Make a donation towards the purchase of jackets and space heaters for refugees and older adults in need.

2. Buy a new jacket or space heater through our Amazon Wish List.

3. Bring a new jacket, hoodie, or space heater to one of our offices. Please note that we are unable to accept used clothing. See our office locations here.

Refugees in our community are struggling with the cold weather, braving bus rides and long walks before the sun comes up. Many of our new arrivals travel up to 1.5 hours on public transportation to reach work but lack the financial resources to buy essentials like waterproof jackets and windbreakers.

Older adults face another challenge—trying to stay warm in freezing homes. With limited incomes and rising energy costs, many lack access to space heaters or other means of keeping their homes safe and comfortable during winter.
