Aging & Disability Services, a program of Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, is a community of caregivers who work to:
provide assistance to older adults and people with disabilities in Southern Arizona, allowing them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes
bring nutritious meals to the homebound elderly in Pima County

We provide quality care that enables seniors and individuals with disabilities to live at home and maintain their highest level of independence in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise Counties.
Pima Meals on Wheels
Pima Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious meals to seniors in Pima County while making valuable daily health and safety checks on each recipient.
